Our networking event on Saturday 28 April is a place to present your projects and exchange your ideas on Europe.
We start the evening with a key note address at 5 pm. Maria Skóra (confirmed), Senior Project Manager at Das Progressive Zentrum will share her thoughts with us on the topic: “What future for democracy?”. The key note address is followed by a discussion with the audience and a reception (fingerfood).
Starting at 6 pm the floor is open to meet and exchange with other attendants and present your current projects. Tables dedicated to different projects will form a “European village”. The setting will give project owners the opportunity to tour around and discuss with other projects. It’s called a “networking event” for a reason – bringing projects together in one space creates an environment for new partnerships between initiatives!
Who will be present at our event? The event serves as a meeting place for representatives of academia, think tanks, NGOs, activists in initiatives, journalists and media makers who share an interest in Europe as a common political and cultural space.
The networking event is part of the European Media Seminar 2018 organised jointly by the three major language editions of the multilingual magazine treffpunkteuropa.de / taurillon.org / thenewfederalist.eu. Some 30 participants from all over Europe will be attending our seminar, training their media skills in different workshops. Since the event is organised by the Young European Federalists (JEF), you can of course expect many JEF-members at the event!
Participation is open to projects conducted in all languages. In order to sign up for our event contact us at email@example.com
Please include information on whether you need a table to present material on your projects.
A fast reply helps us with our planning!
